Each item at Sprig Botanica is chosen and packed with care, and we hope you’ll love your order. As a small business, we’re not able to offer unlimited returns, so please read the following carefully before purchasing.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• To request a return, email us at [your email] with your order number before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following items are final sale:

• All botanicals (including dried stems, wreaths, and arrangements)

• Sale and clearance items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized orders

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only once the item has been returned and inspected.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
